Recommended Use or Purpose:
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, premenstrual symptoms, and to relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Recommended Dosage:
Adults only. 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day.

1. 2-3 capsules a day for one week before menstruation and 2-3 capsues a day after menstruation
2. Not taking during the menstruation
3. One capsule a day on other days.
